    Forbes Agency Council

    The Association of National Advertisers recently released the 17th edition of its "Trends in Agency Compensation" report. The subsequent headlines in the trade press trumpeted the finding that commission-based compensation is on the rise, which could lead one to infer that the conversation about value or performance-based compensation is all but dead.
