    We hope this note finds you well. We are reaching out to you as we prepare to launch our third and newest edition of the Global Job Architecture Practices Survey, sponsored by Deloitte in partnership with Empsight. This is a unique survey that explores the topic of Job Architecture, with an emphasis on:

    • Job Architecture Strategy and Design Approach
    • Job Levelling Practices
    • Job Titling Nomenclature and Career Path Practices
    • Job Description Practices
    • Rewards to Employee Staffing Practices
    • Alignment of Skills to Job Architecture


    Job Architecture is a topic for which there is very little collected information, but is important to rewards and talent management strategy. Please let us know if you would be willing to promote the survey to your respective membership(s) in an effort to garner the largest participation yet.

    Survey registration will close on September 15th, 2022.

    The survey will be sent out in early Fall and will close for data submission in mid-October. More details will be distributed to interested participants Q3 2022.


    Please find the survey invitation enclosed and distribute to your membership. Once they complete the survey registration and indicate interest in participation, a link to complete the survey will be distributed.

    Note: In exchange for participation, each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the detailed survey findingsEstimated delivery is Q1 2023.
