We seek Compensation professionals with a minimum of one year of strong broad-based compensation experience. Our new team member will lead and conduct compensation analyses for multiple clients across the US.
This role entails compiling and analyzing compensation data through benchmarking, and interpreting trends, fluctuations, and other changes. Experience with using multiple data sources and surveys simultaneously is a must. After analyzing client and market data, the incumbent will prepare reports, graphs, and charts of the results of compensation studies. In addition, the Compensation Analyst / Consultant will provide guidance and feedback to clients via e-mail, telephone, video conference, and on-site meetings. Special projects, including variable compensation, executive compensation, performance management, and custom surveys initiatives, as well as new business development opportunities, will arise.
Advanced skills with the entire Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel (including lookup functions, if/then functions, and Pivot tables), and PowerPoint – are essential. PHR / SPHR, SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, or CCP desirable.
