Rob is the US & Canada Market and Growth Leader for Mercer’s Career Products business. In this role, he leads a team responsible for growing revenue across Mercer’s Workforce Solutions and Total Rewards portfolio. Rob is a top performer, as evidenced by his 2024 Infinity Award, awarded by MMC leadership, which recognizes the best of the best among colleagues driving growth across Marsh and Mercer in the US and Canada.
Innovative and strategic, Rob has worked with many of the most recognized and respected global organizations to make the most of their people investments. With a specific focus on Workforce Metrics, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement and Talent Mobility, he helps business leaders create a vision for success in the future of work, build and execute a practical roadmap, and measure results to ensure performance.
Prior to this role, Rob led the global team responsible for product strategy, development, communications, marketing and launch for Mercer’s Global Mobility Practice. Specializing in business intelligence and analytics, the team introduced new products that that won the 2013 EMMA (Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards) Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility Award.
Rob lives in Louisville, KY with his wife and three daughters, was educated at Bellarmine University and has competed in over 25 triathlons including two IRONMAN’s.
