The increasing use of Artificial Intelligence technology to perform different kinds of work in the workplace raises a number of new legal issues. We will examine the potential challenges related to the use of AI in the workplace, with a focus on compensation and related labor and employment law issues, and how to deal with them. We will talk about possible AI driven job loss, AI’s effect on job roles, pay equity, and the wider legal consequences, offering practical solutions for fair compensation policies and strong AI Governance and compliance.
