Nothing is as practical as….your people data!

Practical workforce considerations as we look towards a new better

As we see begin to see rays of hope to exit the pandemic, organizations are beginning to think through the practicalities of returning larger portions of their workforces to a physical workplace, or what long term remote working will entail, or what an optimal combination of the two will look like. At best it is a very nebulous and complex problem to solve.  To this end, your people data can give you clear and practical starting points and find the most direct route to the destination ahead.

In this session, we will discuss how your people data can help you get a clear view on key questions to define your strategy to enter a post pandemic world, including:

  1. How can you leveraging Job Architecture to make informed decisions (who returns to the office, location strategy, pay equity, etc.)?
  2. How should you phase a return of your people to the workplace?
  3. How to practically gauge risk associated with your people strategy?
  4. How can you enhance the employee experience along the way?

Bring your questions, observations about your firm’s journey, and ideas to the session.  We’re all in this together and can learn from one another!
