As the global COVID-19 pandemic continues to put pressure on the economy, employers are getting more creative in adapting their processes to a changing world. Workforce management, mobility, and compensation programs are being reworked to accommodate remote work, a change that may end up being more permanent than anyone assumed just 6 months ago. There are still many questions, however; things like how geographic pay differentials should be handled, the long-term impact of furloughs, and considerations for flexible work and ongoing child and family care needs.

Please join us as we welcome Josephine Gartrell, Esq., and other esteemed guests from the global consulting and insurance firm Willis Towers Watson as they answer questions from our members in a live panel discussion format about the future of work during and post-pandemic. As one of the premier global firms and a respected compensation and benefits data provider, WTW is well-positioned to help employers navigate these difficult times.
