He started Rewards Consulting in 2009 and has also been a consultant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen where he worked with a wide range of clients. His corporate roles have been in financial services, most recently as Director of Reward for Aon, EMEA covering 16,000 people.

Michael Levy has helped over 450 companies greatly improve their engagement scores and reduce turnover through the design and development of award-winning employee reward and recognition programs. As the CEO and co-founder of Online Rewards (Ranked on the Inc. 5000 among the fastest growing Companies for 12 consecutive years) he regularly advises and implements the reward strategy for Fortune 1,000 HR innovators.
Beyond a sense of humor and a very, very Southern accent (think Kangaroos), Michael brings a unique and refreshing perspective to the topic of employee reward and compensation. He'll happily explain how to get to the core of building meaningful employee reward programs, while explaining what it takes to ensure long-term success.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will hear Levy and Rose discuss how the current crisis is likely to lead to a major global downturn where there will be pressure on getting value from every dollar spent. The relationship with employees is changing and we need to build on that to help improve engagement in these difficult times. Using non-cash reward can deliver this in a way that cash simply cannot.
