The Future of Work: Using Compensation Data to Inform Your People Strategy

While organizations are well aware that "people are their most important asset", or that "payroll is one of their organization's largest costs", it is often challenging to ensure that an organization is investing its people dollars in the most effective way. This session shines a light on the role compensation plays on the future of work, beyond traditional pay competitiveness. We will feature new points of view on the future of work, informed by survey research as well as recently-published global workforce metrics and compensation benchmark data.
