Please join us for the final presentation of the Spring 2018 NYCA season as we welcome Loree Griffith, Yelena Shur and Lawrence Albert of Mercer.

Presentation Details:

Mercer will share a few highlights from their 2018 Talent Trends Study and how these trends may impact employee rewards. One of the trends covered will include findings on the disconnect of the employee value proposition employees desire from that offered by employers, and how total rewards can be designed to align with employee preferences. After discussing broader talent trends, they will shift focus to the evolving role of IT in organizations and the specific impact it is having on the IT workforce. They will cover trends in IT skills, talent and reward practices focused on engaging the future IT workforce.
